Yes. To participate in the special iHeart Honolulu Crystal Cruise promotion, your cruise reservation must be booked through Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. This allows our team to include you as part of the iHeart Honolulu group and ensure you receive the applicable group benefits, special pricing, and personalized assistance connected with this sailing.

No. You may book the full 14-night Mediterranean journey, or you may select one of the two 7-night cruise options. This gives guests the flexibility to choose the sailing that best fits their schedule.

Yes. Each guest will receive a $150 per person onboard credit. This onboard credit will be applied to each stateroom or suite and may be used toward eligible onboard purchases during the cruise.

The “More in the Med” offer concluded on September 9, 2026, as scheduled. Crystal has since introduced its new “Sail & Save” offer, providing guests with another opportunity to enjoy attractive savings on select voyages. Our team will be happy to review the current offer and help you select the best available option for your cruise.

The “More in the Med” promotion concluded on September 9, 2026, but Crystal’s new Sail & Save offer brings added value to this special Mediterranean voyage aboard Crystal Symphony.

Sail the complete 14-night journey from Lisbon to Rome and receive $500 per person in onboard credit.

Guests may also select either 7-night cruise and receive $250 per person in onboard credit:

Onboard credit amounts are based on two guests sharing a room and may be used toward eligible onboard experiences, including spa treatments, boutique shopping and additional specialty dining.

You will be sailing aboard Crystal Symphony, one of Crystal’s elegant ocean ships designed for a more intimate luxury cruise experience. Crystal Symphony accommodates 606 guests and features 330 ocean-view guest rooms and suites, 9 dining venues, and an impressive guest-to-space ratio of 1 to 84.2.

Aboard Crystal Symphony, guests will enjoy beautifully appointed accommodations, exceptional dining, wellness, entertainment, and the highly personalized service Crystal is known for. The ship offers the feel of a refined luxury hotel at sea, with the comfort, space, and service that make Crystal such a beloved name in cruising.

Crystal is known for a highly inclusive luxury experience. Guests enjoy exceptional dining, beverages, gratuities, Wi-Fi, entertainment, enrichment programs, and personal butler service in every guest room and suite.

Yes. Once we have a better idea of the total number of guests participating in the iHeart Honolulu Crystal Cruise, Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. will work closely with Crystal to explore privately curated shore excursion options for the group.

As we have done in the past with our Chef Alan Wong groups and our Chef Eric LeTerc from The Pacific Club groups, our goal is to customize select experiences so guests can enjoy the very best each port has to offer.

Guests will also have the flexibility to enjoy each port at their own pace, remain onboard to enjoy the ship and spa services, or choose from Crystal’s available shore excursion program. Please note that spa services and shore excursions are available at an additional cost and are not included in the cruise fare.

Flights are not included in the cruise fare. The Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. Air Team is available to assist with airfare options for your journey. Our air team is well-versed in international travel and can help review flight schedules, routing options, preferred airlines, connection times, and arrival and departure recommendations based on your cruise itinerary.

Whether you are traveling from Honolulu or another departure city, our goal is to help make your air arrangements as smooth and seamless as possible. Airfare is available at an additional cost.

Yes. Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. can assist with pre-cruise and post-cruise hotel arrangements, including time in Lisbon, Barcelona, Rome, or other European destinations before or after your sailing. Hotel stays are available at an additional cost and are not included in the cruise fare.

Yes. Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. can assist with transfer arrangements to and from the ship, including airport, hotel, and pier transfers. These services are available at an additional cost and are not included in the cruise fare.

Yes. Space is limited and staterooms are subject to availability. We recommend booking early for the best selection of staterooms and suites.

After reviewing the full cruise details and various stateroom costs, click the “Reserve Your Spot!” button to complete the registration form. You will be able to select your stateroom category during the registration process. Once our Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. team receives your registration, one of our experienced travel advisors will begin working on securing your requested stateroom.

After your stateroom has been secured, we will send you a confirmation and arrange a call to personally review your reservation, answer any questions, and assist with any additional travel arrangements, including pre- and post-cruise hotel stays, airfare, and transfers to and from the ship. Please note that these additional services are available at an additional cost and are not included in the cruise fare.
