Crystal has suspended operations for Ocean Cruises through April 29, 2022, which affects our 2022 Connoisseurs Cruise Holy Land & Greek Isles Tour.

We are very disappointed in this development but understand the need for Crystal Cruises to take a pause with the information about its parent company & the current situation with Covid around the world. Please see the quote below from the press release:

“This was an extremely difficult decision but a prudent one given the current business environment and recent developments with our parent company, Genting Hong Kong, said Jack Anderson, Crystal’s president. Crystal has been synonymous with luxury cruising for more than 30 years and we look forward to welcoming back our valued guest when we resume operations. We wish to thank our guest and travel advisors for their incredible support during these ongoing challenging times.”

Crystal will provide a full refund of monies paid, which will be processed automatically to the original form of payment so there is no further action on your part. If the cruise was paid via a future cruise payment or credit, the full value will be returned to your Crystal Society account.

We will start the process of undoing the cruise tour immediately and processing the refunds with Crystal.

Thank you very much for working with us and although disappointed by this news, we look forward to the day that we can continue our Connoisseurs Cruises with Crystal Cruises in 2023.
