- Hotel accommodations per Tour itinerary. Only double occupancy and single occupancy rooms are being offered at this time by the hotels (a single supplement will apply for single rooms)

- Tour B & C: 7 Breakfast /1 Lunch / 5 Dinners
- Admissions for all tours per each group itinerary
- Donation to all churches where group attends Mass
- Professional English speaking tour guides on all tours
- Whisper Audio Guides on walking tours in Italy (not included on motor coach tours as they are not needed)

- Gratuity for tour guides
Items not included in the Tour Cost: Travel insurance, checked luggage fees imposed by the airlines, items not listed on each tour such as meals, beverages and items of a personal nature, laundry, room service, passports fees, and visa fees for non-U.S. residents, additional sightseeing tours not included in the official tour itineraries.

Note:
1.) Deposit schedule is based on Double occupancy. Single Supplement charges will be added to the final payment.

Seat Assignment & Special requests: Seating is under the control of the airlines. Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. can only make request for your preferred seating, and will use best efforts to try to secure your preference.
Baggage: Due to limited space on motor coaches and airline restrictions you will be allowed one checked luggage per person not to exceed 50 pounds and one carry-on luggage. You will be advised of the airline you are confirmed on and their particular restrictions and luggage policies. Please note that checked luggage fees are not included in the tour price. All luggage is the responsibility of the passenger throughout the tour.
Tour Registration: The date you register for the tour on the tour website (www.seawindtours.com/damien) is considered your registration date and all payments due on that date will be due to Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. We recommend you register as soon as possible as we do expect these tours to sell-out. Your completed registration and receipt of your deposit within 5 business days is necessary to confirm your space.
Check Payments: Please note that a $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
Credit Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover is accepted.
Tour Prices: All three tours are currently priced at 1 Euro = 1.27 USD. Please note that the final tour cost could change based on the exchange rate in place as deposit are paid to vendors (if the dollar strengthens, the tour cost would decrease, if the dollar weakens, the tour cost would increase.)
Tour C: Rome Only Land Package is land only and has been designed for persons that would like to make their own airline reservations (deviate pre- or post- tour dates, use frequent flyer miles etc.) Tour C does not included airport transfers. You must participate in the full land package arriving in Rome on October 6, 2009 and departing on October 13, 2009. No exceptions will be made as tickets for all events are limited to tour participants only. Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. can assist you with travel plans pre- & post-. Please call our office at 808-949-4144 for more information on this package.
Passports: Passport fees are not included in the tour cost and every passenger must have a valid passport in order to travel. Obtaining and carrying your passport is your sole responsibility.
U.S. citizens may enter both Belgium and Italy as a tourist with a passport and no visa is currently required. A valid passport should expire at least three months beyond the date you depart Italy. Our advice when traveling internationally is for your passport to expire a minimum of 6 months past your return date. It is, however, the responsibility of the traveler to make sure their passport is valid within the requirements of each country on the dates of travel. If you are a non-U.S. citizen, please visit http://www.diplobel.us/ and http://www.ambwashingtondc.esteri.it for visa requirements.
You will be required to send a copy of your passport (the picture page with your signature) by the 3rd payment, as airline tickets will only be issued from the exact name as it is printed on your passport. This is to avoid any issues with incorrect names and to prevent denied boarding by airlines as the name on the ticket and passport must match.
Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. can assist non-U.S. citizens with obtaining the necessary documents for travel to Belgium and/or Italy. A $50.00 administration fee will apply, plus any fees charged by the embassy for visas. You must advise Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. if you are not a U.S. citizen during the registration process. This will allow us time to work with you in obtaining the proper paperwork necessary for entry into Belgium and/or Italy.

The “Date of Cancellation” is the date that written notice of cancellation is received by Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. Should cancellation charges imposed by service providers exceed the estimated amounts quoted below, additional charges may apply. All charges associated with a cancellation are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. strongly recommends you purchase travel insurance.
If the Canonization Pilgrimage is cancelled: Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. will still operate the tours offered for the Canonization of Father Damien. Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. will adjust the tour itinerary should cancellation of the Canonization Pilgrimage occur.
Airline Cancellations, Changes or Refunds: Group airline tickets issued by Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. are non-refundable and cannot be reissued once they have been ticketed. It is very important that we have a copy of your passport before any travel documents are issued (please see Passport section for more details). Group tickets are eligible for frequent flyer miles on the airline you are ticketed on.
Additional expenses incurred due to change, delay or cancellation of any flights, or any delays beyond Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. control, will be the responsibility of the client. Flights are subject to overbooking or cancellation by the airlines. If this occurs, Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. will use best efforts to assist the clients in boarding or finding alternate arrangements.
Medical Conditions: Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. cannot guarantee special facilities or accommodations for disabled passengers. We will use best efforts to work with you and our vendors, but you must advise us of any physical limitations at the time of registration. Seawind Tour & Travel, Inc. is not responsible for any charges that it may incur prior to, during, or after the tour due to or in connection with any medical conditions.
Waiver and Release: By participating in the tour, you for yourself, your personal representatives, successors, assigns, heirs, legal representatives, and next of kin agree to waive and release Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Seawind”) from and against any and all rights and/or claims you may have for any loss or damage arising out of or in any way related to, directly or indirectly, the tour. Specifically, the foregoing waiver and release is intended to include, but not be limited to, any injuries, loss, or damage that may be caused by the negligence of Seawind in organizing and conducting the tour. You acknowledge that Seawind is not assuming liability for any injury, damage, loss, or accident that may be caused by the negligence of those persons or entities that are providing transportation, accommodations, or any planned or scheduled activities in connection with the tour.
Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. and/or associated companies accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in flight, train, motor coaches, ship or other services, sickness, force majeure, weather, strikes, war, acts of terrorism, theft, quarantine, other causes, or acts of God. All tour itineraries and fares may be affected by alterations in air or transportation services, or by other causes. Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw any tour in this program, substitute hotels, and make such alterations in the itineraries as may be found desirable for the convenience of the parties and the proper carrying out of the tour. Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. also reserves the right to decline, at any time in its sole discretion, to accept or to retain any person as a member of the tour. In such case, full refund of all applicable payments, less applicable vendor cancellation fees, will constitute full settlement with the passenger. The airlines concerned are not held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on their planes or conveyance. No refund or exchange can be made on any unused portion of the tour cost.
A contract is made when your registration and deposit are accepted by Seawind Tours & Travel, Inc. Hawaii state law shall govern any disputes.
